Are temporary outages like power loss or network glitches ok?
Are you building a small business and need to minimize initial costs?
If yes, then perhaps my personal server is a good option.
Do you plan to have alot of traffic?

Do you need higher uptime percentage?
If yes, then a remote hosting service would be best.
